How do I find my serial number? +
The 12-digit serial number is located at the bottom of the box and on the underside of the product. If your order has two hearing aids, each device has its own serial number.
My order has two hearing aids — what do I enter? +
Enter both serial numbers. On the activation page, tap “Add another serial number” to add the second box, then enter the second device's serial. Both serials must belong to the same order.
The system says my serial number isn't found — what should I do? +
A newly delivered device can take a short while to appear in our system after it is dispatched. Please wait a little and try again. If it still can't be found, contact your service centre and we'll help you right away.
What details do I need to activate? +
Your full name (as per your ID), your NRIC if you are Malaysian or your passport number if you are not, and your mobile number. An email address is optional but recommended for updates.
When does my warranty start? +
Your warranty period is based on the original purchase / invoice date — not the date you activate. Activating simply registers your details with us so we can support you and send your service reminders.
I'm not a Malaysian citizen — can I still activate? +
Yes. On the details step, select your country first, then enter your passport number instead of an NRIC.
